a) I/We hereby declare all information provided by me is true and correct and as per MAHARERA registration.
b) It is mandatory for Broker to be registered under MAHARERA to market and sell the units.
c) I/We are aware that the first visit of the customer has to be with the Broker or Via an email confirming the meeting.
d) I /We shall not use any trademark or logo of the company or the project for any kind of marketing activity without consent. I / We shall only market the project by giving the marketing collaterals provided by the company.
e) I/We shall mention MAHARERA Registration Number and also project Registration Number under MAHARERA in all presentations either for website /public platform/marketing material or such other material.
f) In an event it appears that the Broker has in anyway misrepresented the project details and/or over committed any amenity/facility which is not there on the MAHARERA website then the Broker shall only be responsible to make good any loss that may be caused to the company. Further the company may at its option cancel the registration of Broker.
g) I / We shall raise the invoice post the customer completing the stamp duty and registration formalities.
h) The decision of the management team of Suraksha Smart City will be final and binding upon all.
