Terms and Conditions
- The Channel Partner must be registered as a ‘Real Estate Agent’ under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the Rules framed thereunder with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
- The Channel Partner Registration Form must be duly filled in with accurate details and submitted. *Marked fields are mandatory. All mandatory fields need to be completed with the required supporting proofs. Incomplete forms will be automatically rejected.
- Any change in the details filled or documents submitted must be immediately communicated to the Promoter in writing. Any false or misleading information or misrepresentation at any time will result in the termination or blacklisting of the Channel Partner.
- The registration of the Channel Partner shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter, who is not liable to provide any explanation or clarification regarding the acceptance or rejection of any Channel Partner registration application.
- No Channel Partner who is registered or whose application is accepted is authorized to advertise, market, or sell any of the Projects of the Promoter until they are registered as an “authorized real estate agent” by the Promoter on the RERA website for that particular Project. Therefore, mere acceptance of an application or registration with the Promoter does not entitle or authorize any Channel Partner as an “authorized real estate agent” of the Promoter.
- The Channel Partner shall not advertise or release any advertisement without specific written approval of each collateral from the Promoter or an authorized person nominated by the Promoter. The Channel Partner shall ensure that there are no distortions or changes in the advertisement from the version approved by the Promoter.
- The Channel Partner shall use only the literature and promotional materials provided by the Promoter and shall not develop or use any other promotional materials without prior written consent and approval from the Promoter.
- If the Channel Partner wishes to conduct any marketing activity that involves the use of the Promoter’s brand name, logo, project images, or any other form of direct linkage with the Promoter’s name, they must obtain prior written approval from the Promoter and the concerned authority. This includes details on the Channel Partner's RERA registration, website, emailers, SMS, WhatsApp, blogs, social media pages, etc.
- The Channel Partner shall maintain proper records of all advertisements released and the approvals obtained from the Promoter regarding the same.
- The Channel Partner shall not misrepresent, exaggerate, undermine, or distort any features, facilities, amenities, etc., of the Project and shall always provide true and accurate disclosures and representations to the Customer. The Channel Partner shall adhere to high ethical standards.
- The Channel Partner shall be solely responsible for complying with all provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the Rules made thereunder.
- Upon becoming eligible to receive brokerage, the Channel Partner shall raise an invoice for the amounts payable by the Promoter. Each invoice shall be delivered to the Promoter's specified address by courier or hand delivery. Brokerage will be payable only after the registration of the Agreement.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for any disputes between the Channel Partner and the Customer.

- The Developer will not be liable to pay any fines, charges, or fees levied by RERA or other government authorities in case of a breach of RERA rules by the Channel Partner.
- The Channel Partner will not misrepresent to clients that they are an employee of Suraksha Smart City.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions for the Registration Form at its sole discretion.
